We are based at Livingston Storage, Nairn Road, Deans Industrial Estate, Livingston, EH54 8AH.
Our yard is easy to reach from Bathgate, Broxburn, Uphall, Armadale, East Calder, West Calder, Mid Calder, Winchburgh, Linlithgow, Whitburn
and surrounding West Lothian towns.

We have a range of insulated containers to suit different needs and budgets:

• 8ft (7.2 × 7.2 × 8 ft) – £80 per month
• 10ft (10 × 8 × 8 ft) – £90 per month
• 20ft (20 × 8 × 8 ft) – £150 per month
• 40ft (40 × 8 × 8 ft) – £250 per month

All containers are insulated to reduce condensation and keep your items dry.

You have access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You’ll be given a gate key so you can get in and out of the yard whenever you need to.

You can park right outside the container doors, making it easy to load and unload.

We keep things simple with a 30 day rolling contract.
You’re not tied into a long-term agreement, and you can leave when you no longer need the space
(subject to our standard notice period and account being up to date).

As long as you need it.
You can keep your container for a few months or for the long term, provided your monthly payments are up to date.

We do not provide insurance on the contents of your container.
Most customers either add items to their existing home or business policy, or arrange separate cover.

Security is a key part of what we offer. The yard has gated entry, CCTV coverage and PIR yard lighting.
Only authorised customers have access, and containers are locked with your own padlock.

Almost anything non-hazardous, including:
furniture, household goods, business stock, tools, equipment, archive boxes, seasonal items and hobby gear.
We also offer separate yard space for vehicles, caravans and motorhomes.

For safety and legal reasons you cannot store fuel, gas bottles, chemicals, explosives,
illegal goods, perishable food, live animals, or anything that could pose a fire or safety risk.
If you’re unsure, just ask us before booking.

Yes. We rent secure yard space for cars, caravans, motorhomes and boats.
The cost for vehicle storage is £50 per month or £400 per year (paid in full on entry),
plus a £100 deposit.

Yes – your deposit is returned as long as:

• Your container or yard space is left clean, tidy and undamaged
• You return the padlock, gate key and any access items
• Your account is fully paid with no outstanding balance

Replacement keys can be arranged at a cost of £20.
